1. Information We Collect

1.1 You Provide Directly

• Contact: name, phone, email, address/zip, service description (e.g., “sparking outlet in 98406”)

We do NOT sell personal information. We do not use sensitive data for profiling.

3. Sharing — Independent Contractors

Electricianspro.us does not perform electrical work. All contractors are independent. When you request service, we share only the minimum (name, phone, zip, issue) with the nearest licensed & insured partner who can help. They become an independent data controller with their own privacy policy — please review before hiring. We never share SSNs or payment cards (we don’t collect them).

Other sharing only with: service providers (hosting, call routing) under confidentiality, legal process, or business transfer. List available on request at (844) 578-0607.

4. Cookies & Choices

Do Not Track: we honor browser DNT for analytics. To disable all cookies, use browser settings — site will still work.

5. Data Retention & Security

Call/request data retained 24 months for warranty/support, then anonymized. Logs 12 months. We use TLS (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege storage in the US. No system is 100% secure — please don’t email SSNs.

6. Your Rights (US State Privacy)
