These Terms govern your use of electricianspro.us (the “Site”) and our free referral service operated from 34178A Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98418 (“Electricians Pro,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or calling +1 (844) 578-0607, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What We Do — And Don’t Do
Electricianspro.us is a FREE referral service. We connect homeowners/renters/businesses with independent licensed electricians near Tacoma/Pierce County and — via vetted partners — 28 states. We do NOT perform electrical work, hold your job funds, or supervise contractors. All persons depicted in photos/videos are actors/models, not contractors listed on the Site.
Your contract for electrical work is solely between you and the contractor you hire. Always verify license at WA L&I Verify (Tacoma) or your state board, and proof of $2M liability + workers comp before work starts. We provide license info on request at (844) 578-0607.
2. No Warranty; No Guarantee of Results
All contractors/providers are independent and Electricianspro.us does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. We do not guarantee price, completion date, workmanship, code pass, or outcome. Referrals are provided “as is.” Quality varies by contractor — check reviews, references, and written warranty directly with the contractor before authorizing work.
3. Availability — Same-Day & 24/7 Disclosure
Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity. In Tacoma/Pierce County typical emergency dispatch is 30-60 minutes; scheduled service same/next-day when available. Nationwide partners average ~60 minutes where participating. Holidays, windstorms, and high demand may increase wait. Call (844) 578-0607 for live availability in your zip.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You are 18+ and authorized to request service for the property.
- You will provide accurate address/zip and describe the issue honestly; you will stay off energized/damaged wiring and follow safety advice (e.g., shut off breaker if advised).
- You will verify contractor license/insurance and obtain a written estimate/warranty from the contractor before work.
- You will not misuse the Site (spam, scraping, interfering with dispatch).
5. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Any “$75–$150/hr” or “$150–$300 outlet” ranges on the Site are national averages for education only. Contractor sets final price on-site after inspection. We charge no fee to you for referral; contractor pays no fee to be listed beyond dispatch costs where applicable. Payment is directly to contractor — never to Electricianspro.us via the Site.
6. Independence of Contractors — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Washington law, Electricians Pro’s liability is limited to the referral only. We are not liable for contractor acts/omissions, property damage, injury, delays, code failures, or economic loss. Your sole remedy for unsatisfactory contractor work is against the contractor under their warranty/insurance. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (which is $0), whichever is greater.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Electricians Pro, its family owners, and partners from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your dealings with a contractor.
8. Communications — Calls & SMS
By providing a phone number you consent to be contacted by us and the matched contractor by call/SMS about your request (even if on a DNC list, as a one-time inquiry). Reply STOP to end SMS, HELP for help. Call recordings notice: calls to (844) 578-0607 may be recorded for quality. Mis-dialed or harassing calls may be blocked.
9. Intellectual Property
Site text, design, and logo are ours. You may not copy/scrape our 12-service descriptions or territory pages to create competing doorway pages — that violates Google Spam policy (scaled content) and our rights. Licensed contractors may link to us with attribution.
10. Disclaimer of Endorsement
WA EL01 # ELECTRP*8769J and $2M insurance cited are for our Tacoma lead electrician and examples; partner licenses vary by state but are verified at dispatch. We do not endorse any one contractor as “best” — see our reviews methodology (2,384 Google reviews aggregated).
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by laws of the State of Washington, without conflict rules, and any dispute arising from referral services based at 34178A Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA shall be resolved in Pierce County, WA courts. You agree to first contact us at (844) 578-0607 to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before filing. Class action waiver: you may only bring claims individually.
12. Changes & Assignment
We may update Terms with new Effective date; material changes posted on homepage 7 days. Continued use = acceptance. We may assign these Terms in a family business transfer; you may not assign.
